In 2022, Zhongce Recycling Technology will build a production line that produces 7,500 tons of liquid recycled rubber annually. Liquid recycled rubber can replace more than 98% of the pollutant-prone processing aids, significantly improving tire compound quality and increasing tire life.
This new production line is being built at Zhongce's dedicated recycling plant (Zhongce Recycling Technology - built in collaboration with Nanjing Lvjinren Rubber. This plant has the world's first automatic reclaimed rubber production line with 20 kMTpa capacity.
ZC Rubber is also planning to establish a 5 kMTpa tire pyrolysis processing line at the same facility in 2022.

Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd.(Zhongce) has acquired the business of TIANJIN UNITED TIRE & RUBBER INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. (TUTRIC) which manufactures the TIANLI tire brand and are based at the large port city of Tianjin in China.
Zhongce is currently one of the largest suppliers of OTR tires in the world, offering tires for wheeled loaders, articulated and rigid dump trucks, port applications, underground mines, industrial and forklift operations. The acquisition of the TUTRIC will further strengthen the group offering to their customer base. Zhongce Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., as a newly established wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd., was established on 1st April 2022. This new company will take responsibility for the day-to-day business operations at the Tianjin factory.
The acquisition allows Zhongce to offer their customers an excellent range of radial agricultural, flotation, and implement tires produced at the Tianjin factory along with access to giant OTR tires which have been manufactured at the Tianjin factory for many years.

Thailand (April 7 ,2017)— ZC Rubber has announced that Thailand factory will add new production line for industrial tire, including skid steer tire and pneumatic bias industrial forklift tire. ZC Rubber has launched its first oversea factory in Thailand in 2015 and the factory has produced millions of passenger car tire, light truck tire and truck tire for the customers. In the year 2017, ZC Thailand will produce the industrial tire for skid steers, telehandlers and backhoes. The new production line begins to operate in May 2017. In addition, ZC Thailand will not only produce skid steer tire and forklift tire, but also produce radial OTR tire and port tire in Thailand in the future.
